I wanted to take a moment please to again express my thanks for the help and support I received from your entire team, and especially for the extra that I got from AnnMarie. AnnMarie stepped up and in my opinion has been going way above and beyond ever sense. While not our fault these buyers had problems, she put them in contact with two lenders she works with, trying to keep the deal alive. Unfortunately it just was not to be and I left for Hawaii with my home back on the market and now no home in Hawaii. I highly recommend Perry Realtors! They made buying a house an easy process from start to finish. Mike recommended a great mortgage broker. He had a lot of contacts and helped us secure a loan. April was amazing! I gave her a list of what I wanted in the house and right away she pulled eight different houses to show me the very same day.
